Description
Cagrilintide is a newer weight management peptide being studied mainly for fat loss and appetite control. It’s a long-acting amylin analogue — amylin is a hormone involved in satiety and slowing gastric emptying.
Main effects people look for:
- reduced appetite
- feeling full faster
- lower food intake
- weight loss support
It’s often discussed together with semaglutide (“CagriSema” combination), because the two mechanisms can complement each other for stronger weight-loss effects.
Important:
- It is still considered investigational in many places and not fully approved everywhere yet.
- Common side effects reported in studies are similar to GLP-1 products:
- nausea
- reduced appetite
- stomach discomfort
Compared to Retatrutide:
- Cagrilintide → stronger appetite/fullness focus
- Retatrutide → broader metabolic/fat-loss action (GLP-1/GIP/glucagon activity)
People sometimes combine cagrilintide with GLP-1 compounds for more aggressive cutting phases.
Available options:
- 5mg × 10 vials
- 10mg × 10 vials
- 20mg × 10 vials
