Payment

We offer several secure payment methods to make your purchase process convenient and reliable: Bank transfer, Revolut and most of Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Etherium, USDT).

Bitcoin

We recommend using bitcoin (and other cryptocurrencies) since it is the most convenient and safest way to pay. Moreover, we provide 10% discount for every order paid in BTC. The discount is calculated automatically, when your order is finalized.

Please note that we do not accept BCH or bitcoin cash – this is different cryptocurrency.

To do BTC payment you need to install any BTC app (Exodus, BitPay or similar) on your mobile and link your bank acc. If you have Cash App, you can do BTC payment through this application.

Once you have bitcoin wallet the payment is done in two clicks.

Please note that there’s no need to speed up BTC transaction, as it will take additional fee from you.

Revolut

Revolut is a fast and convenient digital payment platform that allows instant transfers worldwide.

To make a payment via Revolut, simply use your Revolut app and send the payment using the provided details. Transactions are usually processed quickly and securely.

 

Discounts

Discounts are calculated manually by sales manager when your order is finalized.

If you got a discount you can pay less or add some products equivalent to the value of discounted price. Discounts can be added but cannot not exceed 20%

Bulk orders

If your total exceeds $ 500, you get 5% discount.
When your total exceeds $ 1000, you get 10% off.
When your total exceeds $ 2000, you get 15% off.
This type of discount works from your first purchase.

Bitcoin payment

For orders paid in BTC we provide 10% discount, which can be added to other discounts.

So max discount may be 25%

 

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Due to changing international shipping conditions, our logistics process is optimized to prioritize successful and reliable delivery.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping Options

Now we only use express shipping via UPS, which is faster, more secure, and provides better tracking.

For orders under $500, shipping is $80 + tariffs, as fixed handling and shipping costs are higher for smaller parcels.

For orders over $500, we offer a reduced shipping rate of $50 + tariffs, so larger orders benefit from better pricing while still getting the same fast and reliable service.

Australia and New Zealand
For Australia and New Zealand, only one shipping option is available: Regular Shipping — $60, delivered via Australia Post. No additional payments are required.

Please note that we require up to 10 days to prepare your package before shipment.

While we always aim to provide the selected shipping method, express shipping is not always available depending on location or logistics conditions. If express delivery cannot be arranged, we will ship your order via regular shipping and automatically refund the $50 price difference.

Australia and New Zealand:
Due to logistical limitations, only regular shipping is available. Express delivery is currently not possible.

Please note:

  • Customs charges are determined by local authorities
  • We do not control these fees

We do not indicate pharmaceutical content on the package — it is shipped as a discreet private parcel.


⏳ Delays & Expectations

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Flight or logistics disruptions
  • High shipping volume

For this reason, we recommend not placing orders under tight time constraints.

Reship and Refund Policy

We care about our customers and do reship if your parcel is seized or lost. That is to say, the delivery of the products you buy is 100% guaranteed.

However, we do not take responsibility in case of incorrect address or when receiver didn’t pick up the parcel and it was sent back.

Please note that we indicate fake return address and if it is sent back it is lost forever. If you made mistake in address or if you want to change it, please contact us as soon as possible.

A parcel is considered lost if it is not delivered within 30 days since it was sent. The exception is island address (slow postal communication), delayed due to weather or other Force Majeure.

We do not take responsibility if the product was damaged during delivery.
