  1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within up to 7 business days after full payment is received, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

All shipping timeframes shown on the website are estimates only, based on average delivery experience, and are not guaranteed.

  1. Delivery & Postal Service Responsibility

After an order is handed over to the postal or courier service, delivery time and handling are outside of our direct control.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failures caused by postal or courier services. However, in the event of a confirmed delivery failure or loss, we offer one (1) free reshipment per order.

  1. Reshipment Policy

Each order qualifies for one free reshipment if delivery fails due to postal service issues.

Delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may void the free reshipment option.

  1. Pricing & Availability

Product prices and availability may change at any time before an order is placed and paid for.

The final price displayed at checkout at the moment of order placement is the binding price.

  1. Customer Information & Data Use

By placing an order, the customer agrees to provide accurate and complete personal information, including shipping address and email address.

This information is used only for order processing, delivery, and necessary communication, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

The actual appearance of the product or its packaging may differ slightly from images shown on the website due to packaging updates, manufacturing variations, or display differences.

Such differences do not affect product functionality and do not constitute a defect.

Refunds are available in certain cases and are evaluated individually, depending on the specific situation.

Where possible, reshipment is considered the primary solution. Refund decisions are made at our discretion after reviewing the circumstances of the order and delivery.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal disruptions, technical failures, natural events, or regulatory actions.

  1. Communication & Dispute Resolution

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issues related to their order before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
